Processing & Shipping

All products are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Candles: Usually ship within 7–10 business days (unless noted as pre-order).

  • Soap Pre-Orders: Our cold process goat milk soaps require a 4-week cure time. If you pre-order a soap, it will ship once fully cured.

  • Holiday Pre-Orders: Christmas candle pre-orders will ship before Christmas.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade bath & body products, all sales are final.

However — if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right

We may request a photo of the damaged item for documentation/shipping carrier claims.

Fundraiser Payment & Production Policy

Because fundraiser orders are custom-made, payment must be received before supplies can be ordered and production can begin. This ensures we’re able to source the necessary materials and complete each order on schedule.

Final order quantities and full payment are required at least five (5) weeks prior to the requested delivery date. Orders will not be scheduled or materials purchased until payment is received.

Order Changes / Address Issues

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a package has shipped, we are unable to change the address or reroute it.

Allergies & Ingredients

Our candles and soaps are made using high-quality ingredients and phthalate-free fragrances.
If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredient information before purchase.
